We can guide your child toward confident college and career decisions.

There’s an intuitive association between career satisfaction, health, and happiness. While high school might be a bit too early to settle on one definitive career path, we work to ensure that our students transition smoothly to college, and a critical part of that process is choosing areas of undergraduate study. With a thoroughly researched plan for college, students can focus on coursework that contributes to their major and allows them to complete a degree efficiently and cost effectively.

Alongside our customized test prep and tutoring programs, we use methods based on Holland’s Theory of Person-Environment Fit to survey our students’ career interests and aptitudes, align them with potential occupations that require the same skills and preferences, and find ideal postsecondary options to connect education and career. These assessments identify a student’s personality types, aiding in the early discovery and exploration phases of career evolution and validating a student's developing sense of self. Because we connect with our students and understand their needs on a personal level, the results of these assessments also offer insights that allow us to tailor every step of our work to those needs.

We take our role in helping your child achieve the next level very seriously. Our goal is to stay abreast of developments in career counseling theory and apply the most relevant theories in our work with students. We encourage you to read more about the research and rationale guiding our methods.
